Application Form Most are completed on-line and submitted electronically Length and requirements vary Adhere to requirements Transcripts All requests are made through Parchment www.parchment.com Cost per transcript ($3) Can track status online Test Scores MWHS does not send scores Request scores to be sent through www.actstudent.org or www.collegeboard.com Counselor Forms Not required by all Provide an addressed and stamped envelope Allow 1-2 weeks turnaround time Letter of Rec. Complete Senior Info Sheet Allow 2 weeks for letter writing Discuss what to do with completed letter Write a thank you note

Most of you already set up an account (last spring) Go to www.parchment.comwww.parchment.com Attempt to sign in If you forgot username or password, choose ‘forgot password’ and reset. If you haven’t set up an account, do so! Check for confirmation email and click on the provided link to complete the registration process. You must request all transcripts through this Parchment account.

Update My Colleges Enter colleges you are interested in Enter colleges you applied to Continue to update throughout senior year College Search Click on Colleges tab Click on College Search Used to help narrow choices that match certain criteria National Scholarship Search Click on Colleges tab Click on National Scholarship Search Used to identify national scholarships you might qualify for
