No L1 Curing 2 Curing tooling delay Wrapped 2 layers of 7 mil dry S2 glass tape as interlayer insulation Continue to wind L2

L2 Winding Winding tension: 20 lbs for the first 2 turns, and 55 lbs afterwards. No Twist Winding Tool, no binder Turn 16 on LE tended to pop, and was pushed back easily. Forgot to put ramp shim and inserted it later. (will be addressed in the traveler) 3

Summary Popped strands occurred at only one location Both BEND RE parts and ROXIE LE parts fit OK to L2 coil during winding.
