3. L2 Winding Winding tension: 20 lbs for the first 2 turns, and 55 lbs afterwards. No Twist Winding Tool, no binder Turn 16 on LE tended to pop, and was pushed back easily. Forgot to put ramp shim and inserted it later. (will be addressed in the traveler) 3
