Signing In Go to the sign in page of your LobbyPal account at.lobbypal.net Sign in with your ID and password provided If you forgot your password, click the Forget Password link and enter your email address.

Change Account Password To change your account password –Sign into your account –Click the Users tab –Search for your name and click the Edit action –Click Change Password –Enter the new password –Click Save

Sign Out Visitor Host is allowed to sign out only for his visitors To use Visitor ID to sign out –Click the Sign In/Out tab –Enter the Visitor ID and click Next –Enter the Sign Out Remarks (optional) –click Sign Out To use Visitor Pass Number to sign out –Click the Sign In/Out tab –Click Pass No tab –Enter the Pass No and click Next –Enter the Sign Out Remarks (optional) –click Sign Out To sign out visitor in the Attendance tab –Search for the visitor –Click Sign Out in the Out Time column –Enter the Sign Out Remarks (optional) –click Sign Out

Edit Visitor Sign Out Information To edit visitor sign in information –Click Attendance tab –Search for the visitor –Click on the Out-Time –Edit the Sign Out Remarks –Click Save

View Visitor Attendance To view the host’s visitor attendance for a particular day: –Click on the Attendance tab –Select the date to view –Click Print/Export to print/export the data

View Host Records To view a host’s visitor records: –Click on the Host tab –Search for the host –Click the Records action –Click Print/Export to print/export the data
