1. How to Access the Active Member Benefits

2. Logging In

3. Go to USTA homepage and click on ‘membership’

4. Click on ‘Login for Member Benefits’

5. Login with member ID and password

6. Click ‘I Forgot My Password’ or call Member Services if you need to receive your password

7. Once you click on ‘I Forgot My Password’ you will be instructed to enter your ID# then click ‘Find My Account’

8. Rewards Network

9. Once you have logged in, look for Dining Category and click on ‘View’

10. Click on ‘Rewards Network’ (only available option)

11. Click on ‘Dining Discounts – Rewards Network’

12. Click on ‘Set Up an Account’ if you have never joined the Rewards Network

13. Click on ‘Join Now’

14. Enter your personal information, check ‘Agree to Terms and Conditions’ and click ‘Submit’

15. Enroll up to four additional credit/debit cards and click ‘Submit’

16. Click on ‘My Account’ to review your profile

17. Click on ‘Dining’ to find a restaurant

18. Search by entering zip code or restaurant name and click ‘Search’

19. Based on zip code, a list of restaurants within a specified mile radius will appear

20. Click on ‘Hotels’ to find a hotel

21. Enter search criteria and click ‘Search’

22. Click on ‘Logout’ to exit

23. Click ‘Yes’ to exit and ‘No’ to continue with your session

24. Sports and Retail Discounts

25. Go to USTA homepage and click on ‘membership’

26. Click on ‘Login for Member Benefits’

27. Login with member ID and password

28. Once you have logged in, look for Retail category and Click on ‘View’

29. Click on ‘Sports Gear’

30. Click on the desired discount (e.g. Modell’s)

31. Click ‘Visit Here’ to activate your 15% discount

32. Start shopping

33. Discount will be automatically reflected in shopping cart

34. Movie Ticket Discounts

35. Go to USTA homepage and click on ‘membership’

36. Click on ‘Login for Member Benefits’

37. Login with member ID and password

38. Once you have logged in, look for Entertainment category and click on ‘View’

39. Click on ‘Entertainment and Ticketmaster’ (only available option)

40. Click on ‘Movie Theater’ (e.g. AMC, Loews, Cineplex

41. Read ticket descriptions and click on ‘Place Your Order’

42. Complete ship to information and ticket order, then click ‘Continue’

43. Complete bill to information, then click ‘Pay Now’
