To review/change your beneficiaries click either Life or Supplemental Life To change your Primary and Secondary Allocations or to add a new beneficiary click EDIT To edit an existing beneficiaries personal information. Click on the name you want to edit. To edit allocations fill in the boxes below. To add a New Beneficiary After all changes are complete, click SAVE
