4. ‘Dorm’ Upgrades Upgrade software on existing units –Load 4.0 boot and run code Reconfigure management network Equipment replacement in 3 areas –Patriots Village - 3 & 9 –Commonwealth and Dominion –Student Apartments Each independent ‘mini project’

5. ‘Office’ Upgrades Common ‘Master’ Plan for All Three –Announce Upgrades starting –Meet with technical contacts –Open meeting with all building occupants –Define schedule for implementation –Install equipment –Management would prefer upgrading during normal working hours
