Q 1: What is this ? e.g.2 : He does his homework every day. ( Make question with when ). Q 2 : When does he do his homework ? e.g. 3 : The blue coat is nice. (which ). Q 3 : Which coat is nice ? e.g. 4 : Ali is my closet friend. (who ). Q 4 : who is your closet friend ?

(whom ) Q 5 : Whom does John want to contact ? e.g. 6 : Azad’s father is a generous and friendly man. English and Scientific terms Salah Jameel Jabrael Auxiliary verbs Auxiliary verbs are helping verbs. They can function in two ways : 1. When they come to the beginning of the sentence they make the sentence question. 2. When they take ( not ) they make sentence negative. 8

Salah Jameel Jabrael Auxiliary Verbs Auxiliary verbs include : 1. Verb to do : do,does, did 2. Verb to have : have, has, had 3. Verb to be : am, is, are, was, were 4. Modal verbs : will, would shall, should, may, might, can, could, must, ought to, used to, need 9
