22. Significant Safety Achievements- 12/14 Continue set-up of Work Planning and Control (WPC) projects/activities for ESDR. I have participated in multiple reviews of the draft LBNL Electrical Safety Manual (ESM). I completed a three-day NFPA 70E electrical safety training course. The chemical container/sample clean-out of the B62 (Kerr) lab areas continues. Assisted with the glove box decontamination/decommissioning in B62-246. The December ETA Safety Committee meeting was completed.

23. Short Term Safety Outlook- 1/15 Continue the set-up of the Work Planning and Control (WPC) “projects” and “activities” framework for ETA. We are focusing on completion of ESDR activities first. Start the Glove Box Operation Self-Assessment project. Complete the management electrical safety walkthroughs of Building 62. Follow-up on electrical equipment issues identified from ETA electrical safety management walkthroughs. Complete the quarterly SAA hazardous waste inspections. Assist with the set-up for new lab areas 70-143, and B33 JCESR. Continue old chemical/sample clean-outs in 62-220, 62-246, and 62- 105 chemical closet. Continue to address issues identified by the fire marshal in ETA lab areas.
