Three Weeks Of Rest Should Occur To Allow The Joint Capsule To Heal. Special Inserts May Be Used To Limit The Range Of Motion From Further Damage On The Joint Capsule Ask Doctor To Evaluate Your Feet For Possible Inserts To Control Motion Of The Inflamed Joint.

If A Player Returns To Early To Their Sport After A Turf Toe Injury, The Injury May Come Back. Bone Spurs May Occur Which Severely Limit The Range Of Motion Of The Toe Joint. If Bone Spurs Occur, Surgery May Be Needed.
