Group Booking Process -Agent send in a request thru E-mails Sales, group or info @pakininternational.com -Pakin to reply with in 24 Hrs. -Once received the fare agent have to confirm with in 48 hrs. -25 % Deposit to be made with in 24 hrs. after confirmation in order to block the seats. -Full payment to be made 30 days prior to departure.

Conditions · Cancellation outside 30 days of departure will be permitted at a cancelation fee as applicable for the currency or 25 percent of the total amount whichever is higher · Cancellation within 30 days till 16th day will result in 75 percent of the total amount being forfeited · Cancellation within 15 will result in 100% of the Basic fare + Surcharges

28. Changes in travel date will be permitted with a notification of 15 days prior to the date of departure with a change fee as applicable plus the applicable differential fare for the new travel date. Conditions
