14 Derbyshire County Council Children and Younger Adults Department In Derbyshire, Excellence Means:  All our schools and settings judged to be good or better by 2017  All our learners achieve above that expected nationally  There are no gaps in progress for learners with DSEN, who are looked after, who are eligible for free school meals or are from an ethnic minority group  All teaching across our schools and settings is at least good with a high proportion of outstanding 14
