Weaknesses: Remote location, 20% “last sell” inventory, thin walls, no parking structure or lot, no individually-controlled heat, no A/C. Opportunities: Maintain #1 on TripAdvisor, soundproof rooms, install individual HVAC. Threats: Opening of new comp set hotel, earthquake.
