3 1- a. The description of Norman french army The Norman french army were a cavalary. They had a small shield with a helmet, a sword, a spear, a coat of mail, an axe and a horse. The Normans were stronger than the Anglo-Saxons. They were intelligent, disciplined. Norman frightened their opponents because they were strongest soldiers. The Norman won the battle of hastings.

4 b. The description of Anglo-Saxons army The Anglo-Saxons army were a foot soldiers. They had a long shield with a sharp helmet, a large sword, a long and sharp spear, an armoir. They fought by walking. The Anglos-Saxon have never given up a battle. The Anglo-Saxon had lost the battle of Hasting
