3. Leadership SGA Leadership Conference Our Concern: Our Concern for Muhlenberg Career Development Center (MCDC) is 30 day retention. We have noticed through statistics that the center needs to improve in the aspect of encouraging students to remain in the program beyond their 30 day period.

4. Leadership SGA Leadership Conference Our Challenge: Our challenge as the Student Government Association (SGA) is that we have an abundance of students not meeting their 30 day milestone, whether from disciplinary reasons or resignation.

9. Leadership SGA Leadership Conference In Conclusion 30 day retention is a big, but reparable problem at MCDC. Our goal is to increase the retention on our center by introducing a mentor program to week 1 students to help them through their first, and admittedly hardest, milestone.
