I respect you and your beliefs, but I cannot understand why you persist in your assertion that Jesus claimed to be God. I have read through most of the gospels, and I do not remember Jesus ever standing up to declare: “I am God!” I am confident that later followers of Jesus exalted him far above what he would have wanted them to.
