Applicable Statute NRS 209.521 Notification of victim of escape or release of offender provides: Upon written request by the victim, DOC will notify them if the offender: A)Escapes B)Released into the community; and C)Is temporarily released into the community. All victim information is confidential.

5. Notifications  Sentence structure & location of offender;  Escape & recapture of offender;  Discharge of sentence;  Application for residential confinement programs;  Execution;  Death of offender;  International transfers; and  Interstate compact transfers.

6. Hearings  Parole Board;  Pardons Board; and  Executions.
