2 Overview The State Budget signed by Governor Doyle in June includes a new matching grant program to support local purchase of agricultural conservation easements (PACE). The State Budget signed by Governor Doyle in June includes a new matching grant program to support local purchase of agricultural conservation easements (PACE). 9 What terms must be included in the easement?
