HISTORY n Almond Tree Delayed MSBU Subdivision platted with 72 parcels - February 29, 1988 Pond tracts dedicated to Orange County by Plat County maintained MSBU established May 1988 for 3 pond tracts (A, B, and C) A Delayed MSBU established at HOA request in December 31, 1990 No assessments collected by Orange County for maintenance since 1990
