Midnight It’s 2 A.m Let’s think! You sleeped
3
Suddenly You wake from sleep. you feel like someone is standing over you in the darkness. You are in a suffocating mood and you feel a hard pressure on your chest. You try to move your head only slightly to know what’s up but you can't. Someone -- something -- is surely holding you down. You attempt to move your arms and legs, but you are frozen in place so you can't. Now you fall in a wide panic. You want to scream but you can't. Now Sheer panic washes over you completely. What’s the matter? Now There is a one question
5
The all of this means You fall in a sleep paralysis Awful…
6
Did You have a Sleep Paralysis Experience ever?
7
How it occurs? When you sleep your brain cut off the direct neurotic connectivity with voluntary muscles (skeletal muscles ) to avoid acting out the dreams.
8
For example: you dream that you are walking or fighting with a dragon. If the connectivity hasn’t cut off you will get up and walking or fighting by shouted eyes(sometimes open eyes) and unconscious body. We call it Somnambulism.
9
But Sometimes you wake suddenly at 5th phase of sleep which called REM (dreaming Phase of sleep) while the brain didn’t set the connections between skeletal muscles and central neurotics systems. then guess what will happen? You are aware and you wand do some works but your brain can’t order to your members so everybody will be like a corpse. It can last from several seconds to several minutes, with some rare cases being hours. Features of Sleep Paralysis Eye movements are typically preserved. It more often occurs while sleeping on one’s back. Visual and auditory hallucinations often occur and may include a sense of an evil presence, of being touched, or hearing voices or noises in the room. Occasionally faces or people may be seen at the bedside. A sense of breathlessness (or chest pressure, even someone standing on one’s chest) may exist. And certainly there should be a frightened man. Treatment of Sleep Paralysis Though these episodes may be frightening, the disorder itself is not harmful and will generally resolve on its own. commonly No treatment is needed, but there are suggestions that can be helpful. avoiding sleep deprivation (lack of sleep) Reduce stress Work out Don’t sleep on back Though these episodes may be frightening, the disorder itself is not harmful and will generally resolve on its own. commonly No treatment is needed, but there are suggestions that can be helpful. avoiding sleep deprivation (lack of sleep) Reduce stress Work out Don’t sleep on back
