Transformation’s foundation is built with members made up of parents, community members, business associates, and staff. Anyone is welcome. The Transformation Plan covers all aspects of operations for the entire district ◦ Result= 12 Pillars

◦ Future Set action steps for Five (5) years Fifteen goals or “Action Steps” per pillar Establish rubric to assist in measuring degree of success for each Action Step Reassess each goal yearly and adjust accordingly Continue 5yr cycle by evaluating, analyzing, implementing and establishing new goals with each passing year. as goals are met as outlined in the Transformation Plan

Transformation Goal: to provide an excellent working document for staff, parents, and community members to use as a reference guide for change and innovation. A touchstone upon which criteria in the district is measured.
