5. ◦ Future  Set action steps for Five (5) years  Fifteen goals or “Action Steps” per pillar  Establish rubric to assist in measuring degree of success for each Action Step  Reassess each goal yearly and adjust accordingly  Continue 5yr cycle by evaluating, analyzing, implementing and establishing new goals with each passing year.  as goals are met as outlined in the Transformation Plan

6.  Transformation Goal: to provide an excellent working document for staff, parents, and community members to use as a reference guide for change and innovation.  A touchstone upon which criteria in the district is measured.
