Module & Topic Chosen Applied Design module (IT32030) Students are trained on the application of various design techniques to produce print media. Topic: Logos, Trademarks & Corporate Identity 1 st topic of the module Students learn the process of developing logos, trademark & brand identity.

Target Audience What does our students expect from prior to the lesson? 1.Facing computers for long hours doing assignments & Projects. 2.Boring lectures that discourage students from attending lessons. 3.Overload of info which students cannot absorb on time.

PEPP – Why? Our students – Short span of attention Low self-esteem Needs lots of attention & encouragements Create interest in students at the beginning of the module. Adopting a student-centered approach in the lesson delivery to sustain their interest. Creating an itinerary for an exciting learning journey for the classes.

Lesson are planned properly & break into different stages for the easy understanding. Have more activities for future lessons. Engage students in more presentations. Ensure equal opportunities to learn for all students. Attend design seminars, to learn and share ideas from the professionals. Challenging quiz.

PEPP Journey – My Reflection A student-centered learning style is indeed a more effective approach in lesson delivery. Requires more facilitation in such lesson mode. An active and continual process, which requires more preparation and demands constant attention as lesson goes on.

PEPP Journey – My Reflection As a reflective practitioner, I will have to keep evaluating the strategies applied in my lesson delivery. Sharing it together with colleagues who are committed in students ’ achievement.
