Features This Solution will help the Trader to manage/maintain records of enquiry in proper manner. Solution will help the Trader to understand the Customer’s Interest & requirements. Solution will help the trader to summarize & filter the important information. Filtered information will help him to follow up with customer. This way his sales will go up. Trader can easily create a good database of his customers. He can use this database for marketing/publicity of his products in future.

Setup Details:- Activate the Solution Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Add-On Features > Set “Yes” to the option “General Enquiry” www.tallyboys.com

After Enabling Solution, we will see the MENU “Enquiry Utility” in Gateway of Tally www.tallyboys.com

Enquiry Module Menu > User needs click on Quick Setup to create setup in one click > Then he require to create Masters… www.tallyboys.com

Enquiry Module Menu > First we need to Create Masters www.tallyboys.com Create User Source of Enquiry Occupation Create list of user who will work on this Add on. Like name of the staff person Rajesh, Suresh, Reema, etc. Create possible list of source of enquiry, like Newspaper, Hoardings, TV ads, Reference etc. General List of Occupations, like Service person, Business Man, Government officer etc.
