What is it? Increasing participation among non-active students and staff Participants to complete 1 x 30 minute session per week 5 themed blocks of 6 weeks Fun, social, non-competitive, flexible Members and non-members welcome Cheap - most sessions only £1 On and off campus Rewards for achievements

Targets New ParticipantsNo of Attendances Year 18608,140 Year 21,03017,760 Year 31,20028,610 Each participant on average will attend 9 – 10 sessions per year. Year 2 & 3 we will be looking to increase our provision for students with disabilities, female only sessions

How Can You Help Us? We are looking to engage with NGB’s. We want to qualify our students in coaching & officiating to help us deliver our project. We need innovative and new ideas to encourage students to get active.
