Continue Part 4 of your organizer: Make up a name, but use the information from Step #1 to fill in the age, gender, physical activity, height, and weight based on the client you chose. After you fill this out, click submit

Continue Part 4 of your organizer: Then, click on My Plan

Complete Part 4 of your organizer: Now, Copy and paste Your client’s My Plate Plan into your project.
