13 Did you know? Exercising speeds up your metabolism which means you burn calories faster. Jumping rope burns about 5 calories every 3 jumps but typing on the computer only burns 1 calorie in 2 hours. People who exercise live longer that sedentary people.

This is not incorporating sugar only calories. 100% fruit juice is nutrient rich! This is only for 12oz. of each sports drinks are usually more so you would have to multiply the time.

16 Did you know? Exercise releases endorphins which makes you feel better and even helps relieve depression. Exercise can lower blood pressure and relieve stress. While the heart is the strongest muscle in the body it needs to be exercised regularly to keep healthy.

17 Did you know? Walking is one of the best exercises. It is free, easy, can be done with friends, and can be done year round. (Just make sure to dress for the weather)

23 10 Day Fitness Challenge Start at day 1 and complete the challenge of eating breakfast. Continue that challenge onto day 2, but also include the day 1 challenge. So on day 2, eat breakfast and drink 64 oz. of water. On day 3 include day 1 and 2 challenges, but also include day 3. This will continue until day 10 where you are completing all 10 challenges on that day.
