 Oneness of self  Oneness of Traits  Oneness of Acts  Oneness in Worship  Oneness in Guardianship  Oneness Lordship (Rulership)  Oneness in Obedience  Oneness in Legislation

 Oneness of self:  Allah is one, unique, does not have an associate or an equal; nor is it possible to envision anything like Him.  Allah’s self is simple, not composed

 Oneness of self  Oneness of Traits  Allah’s traits are the same is His self. So His knowledge is the same entity as His Power, as His other traits.  We are “known” by Allah and “created” by Allah. The “known” and “created” is the same entity even though they are viewed through different lenses.

 Oneness of self  Oneness of Traits  Oneness of Acts  The belief that Allah created all things, and all of their emanations. Allah created the Sun and created it’s rays, heat, etc.  In other words, Allah created the causes and their affects.  The Sun can not create rays on its own, rather its existence and all its existence’s affects are created by Allah.  Another way to put this is that there is nothing but Allah that has independent affects away from Allah.  “How does this apply to choice vs. predestiny?”

 Oneness of self  Oneness of Traits  Oneness of Acts  Oneness in Worship  Only Allah is worthy of worship  He is the only complete being  He is the sustainer therefore the only deserving of worship  Worship based on the first vs. second reason

 Oneness of self  Oneness of Traits  Oneness of Acts  Oneness in Worship  Oneness in Guardianship  Oneness Lordship (Rulership)  Allah is the only one who sets the rules for how we govern ourselves, and all other things  We may elect our representatives, follow marjes, obey our leaders as long as they comply with the laws of Allah

 Oneness of self  Oneness of Traits  Oneness of Acts  Oneness in Worship  Oneness in Guardianship  Oneness Lordship (Rulership)  Oneness in Obedience  No one may obey anyone else but Allah.  Obedience to others like the messengers and Imams stems from the authority invested in them by Allah  Obedience to majres, parents, teachers, bosses, etc can only be within the limits allowed by Allah

 Oneness of self  Oneness of Traits  Oneness of Acts  Oneness in Worship  Oneness in Guardianship  Oneness Lordship (Rulership)  Oneness in Obedience  Oneness in Legislation  Allah is the only one who legislates laws and regulations for humankind.  We may legislate laws, draft constitutions, etc as long as they are within what Allah has revealed to the Messengers. “One nation under God”
