2. Appendix I Portland Public Schools and the Portland Association of Teachers agree to form a committee to update the Teacher Evaluation Process Handbook. The committee will be comprised of five representatives appointed by each party. The goal of the committee will be to make recommendations to the superintendent by the end of the 2010-2011 school year. The recommended changes to the Handbook shall be mutually agreed upon by the District and the Association.
