3. SEP AND TAP GRANT STATUS  MOA for KPPC CHP SEP is moving forward at DEDI  SE CHP TAP funding process is ongoing

4. WORKPLAN Draft Workplan documents have been submitted to DOE outlining phases and goals of the project. KPPC was instrumental with these efforts! Phases include:  Program Development and Planning  Implementation of Outreach & CHP Screening and Feasibility  Program Review  Deliverables

5. PROJECT SCHEDULE AND PARTNER ROLES The Project Schedule outlines roles and responsibilities for the primary grant project partners.  DEDI will conduct grant management and general oversight for SEP and is a sub- awardee for TAP  KAM will be responsible for meeting logistics and channel information to keep industry engaged.  KPPC will become the in-state technical assistance expert  SE CHP TAP will train KPPC for screening and feasibility and ensure a consistency of efforts and technical transfer between states and administer the TAP grant

6. MILESTONES Some milestones for the project include:  At least 4 CHP Workgroup meetings – (likely to be several more)  KY CHP Action Plan  (2) End User Workshops  (1) CHP Webinar  (4) Industry Screenings  (2) Feasibility Analyses  (1) Lessons Learned Webinar
