4 Meeting Discussion – Ground rules This meeting is really a demonstration of the RCMT content to facilitate online discussions. In order to cover 100 Notifiable Conditions within next 3 months, we are planning to do RCMT Demo for 10 minutes and 5 minutes for questions per condition. Since CDC Program Lab SME and Epidemiologist are available, we prefer the questions related to RCMT content development (e.g. Lab Tests, Organism, Lab Result – titer, threshold,..). Implementation and Informatics aspect of RCMT can be discussed via phConnect or e-mail.

5 RCMT Use: Routing within a public health agency

6 Focus of the Weekly Meetings RCMT Content Development 1.Lab Diagnostic Information a)Types of lab tests performed to detect a reportable condition b)Organisms or Agents associated with a reportable condition 2.Lab Criteria - CSTE Position Statement & NNDSS Case Definition. 3.Resources or links related to a reportable condition. 4.Demonstration of Standardized Lab Vocabulary associated with a reportable condition a)LOINC – Condition Specific Lab Tests b)SNOMED CT – Lab Test Results (Organism) 5.Questions for CDC Lab SME or Epidemiologist 6.RCMT phConnect online discussions

7 Life Cycle of RCMT
