RegentsConverter Access 2003 Desktop application Linked Front-end / Back-end databases For each test administration: a database pair must be setup for each subject area the database is released several times as answer keys and score conversion records are added for each test

Assessment Scoring and Analysis Program - ASAP SQL server and.NET Web-based application One database Only version releases of software As Regents are administered, files of answer key, item map, and score conversion control records will be released to import into ASAP

Conversion Timeline RegentsConverter will be maintained through June 2011 ASAP to be tested at EduTech using January 2011 Regents ASAP software demo at March 2011 Statewide Test Scoring meeting

Check for duplicate records Duplicate records have the same key fields but different response strings Resolution for a record with an exact duplicate takes place upon import
