Country assessment operations - Achievements Concept note/Framework + wide international discussions Standard questionnaire design based on previous similar work and experience (AFCAS, DQAF, etc.) Adaptation of the questionnaire to Africa specificities and translation into French Field testing, finalization and validation of the questionnaire Development of a web-based system – Quid a priori rules (Fine-tuning the web-based application based on comments received from Kigali meeting) Training and launching workshop: Kigali & Addis workshops
