Back Saver Sit & Reach Stretch Sitting on the floor, stretch one leg straight out. Bring the other leg so that the sole of your foot is flat on the ground Without bending the extended leg, reach for your toes/ankles/ lower shin…as far as you can go Hold for at least 10 seconds on each leg Month of September

Seated Figure-4 Stretch ~While lying on the ground, place one ankle onto the opposite knee. ~Reach through the open space and pull up on your leg with two hands that the ankle is resting until you feel a stretch. ~The closer you pull your leg to your body, the deeper the stretch you will feel ~Hold this stretch for at least 10 seconds.
