“I know my limits now. When I can’t do it, I can’t. But when I can, I try hard working, more times than I did before. I sort of get things out from within me. It’s good, it’s been very good for me. Before, I used to feel stuck in a rut or depressed, so it has taught me something very, very valuable. I’ll be using that all of the time now.
