Internal Assessment Less clicks on the homepage meant a very deep site Patrons were confused by the titles of main categories Multiple clicks for important information

Addressing the Issues 2009-2010: A Web Group was created to strategize new organization, changes to content and appearance Membership included representation from various departments in the library Keeping Stakeholders in the Loop While organization and look of the site was being discussed by the smaller Web Group, content was divided among librarians for edits and updates Students and faculty were also consulted about content, language/descriptions used, and quick links
