4 Compensation Plan Overview
Executive Leader You are paid as an Executive PLUS you can receive 5-10% on your 1st level distributors GSV plus 5% of every other executive that you help train up to 6 levels. This is a simplified explanation of the compensation plan. You must meet basic activity requirements to be paid. Executive You are paid as a Distributor, plus an additional 9-15% wholesale commission on your total GSV 9% - 2,000 GSV 10% - 3,000 GSV 11% - 4,000 GSV 12% - 5,000 GSV 13% - 10,000 GSV 14% - 25,000 GSV 15% - 50,000 GSV Distributor You are paid a 30-40% retail profit, and a 5% wholesale commission on your 1st level distributor’s purchases from NSE Your goal is to help create at least 12 executives in the front line of your organization to maximize the compensation plan. 12 Objective: Become an Executive Factory
Recruit people into your store or Auditorium A and have them apprentice through our GPN “Management Training” program to learn how to run a successful store. You are paid 14-20% on their sales for mentoring them. When their volume grows, they are promoted as an Executive and they break away forming their own store. You are then paid a 10% “Franchise Fee” on each 1st level Executive to over see their store and to continue to provide management training. You are also paid 5% on all other executives in Auditorium B as you help your 1st line executives develop other executives. The more front line executives you have, the more depth you get paid on in Auditorium B

Auditorium A- Non Executives Auditorium B- Executives As a new distributor You are paid 30-40% retail profit + 5% Wholesale Commission on your 1st level As An Executive Leader You are paid on a 5-10% over ride on each Executive’s GSV. The more front line executives you have, the more depth you get paid on…down to 6 levels L1 L2 As an Executive You are paid 9% through 15% on your GSV (Group Sales Volume) which is unlimited levels deep on Non-Executives or distributors producing less than $2000 in volume below them.
