CDBG - Consolidated Action Plan Discussion and Recommendation The Citizens Advisory Task Force (CATF) recommends the following: Adjust the maximum amount available to assist owner-occupied households for home-repairs to $35,000. This will provide assistance to more qualified households. The CATF recommends no other changes to the proposed 1-year Action Plan.
