2. What are boot verbs?
Unlike regular present tense verbs, boot verbs have a change in the stem of the verb as well as the ending.
For instance:
ENTENDER- to understand
ENTEND=Stem
ER=ending

These are called boot verbs because when you draw a line around the forms that change it creates a boot shape.
There are three type of boot verbs:
