2. Ingredients  3 eggs  ½ ounce of baking powder  1 plain yogurt  3 flour measures (using the yogurt receptacle)  2 sugar measures (using the yogurt receptacle)  1 plant oil measure (using the yogurt receptacle)  1 or 2 apples peeled and cut in slices  Chocolate or butterscotch chips

3. Instructions  Add all the ingredients in a bowl, following the order of the ingredients given.  Using a mixer, mix them until you get a homogeneous, light thick, creamy mixture.  Preheat the oven for some 15 minutes to 350 degrees Fahrenheit  Grease a cake pan both with butter or margarine and sprinkle some flour.  Pour half of the cake mixture into the cake pan, sparkle the chocolate or butterscotch chips.  Then, cover them again with the cake mixture  Distribute the apple slices over the top and add some more chips in between slices.

4. Baking Instructions  Bake it for about 30 to 45 minutes.  To know when the cake is ready, just insert a skewer or toothpick in the center of the cake and if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.  The cake must be golden on top and firm to the touch.
