. This is Paris, situated right next to the River Seine.

We will be travelling across the channel, to Calais. Here we will drive through to Paris.

. As you can see the week will be packed with activities to keep the students really busy. Al the activities will have some relevance will return back to the UK.

. This is the coach that the student will be travelling in. There will be two of them. Assigned students are on different coaches. On the evening of the trip the student will be told what coach they are on. We plan to leave by 6:30 pm.

. Paris Walking Tour This is a two-hour French Revolution Walk through the streets of Paris. This is chance for the students experience a different side to Paris. On the tour the students will see many different buildings and sites where historic events took place Place de la Concorde where King Louis XVI and Queen Marie Antoinette were guillotined See the Conciergerie Palace The site of the Bastille Prison Cathedral Hike This is a chance for the children to experience the religious culture of Paris as they walk through Notre Dame de Paris. This is something that will benefit the pupils RS studies after they return.

. Paris Bike Tour Riding a bike is the best way to see Paris. Places the pupils will visit on the tour: Eiffel Tower The Louvre Museum Napoleon's Tomb and Les Invalides Ecole Militaire Walk Around This will be a chance for the students to get some fresh air and have their own free time to do some shopping and relax in their own way.

. Tour With Pastry Chef In small-groups students will complete a macaroon and chocolate shop tour. They will be able to go behind the scenes of the famous Gérard Mulot shop They will be able to taste some of delectable macaroons and rich chocolate treats The pupils will be able to complete this tour in groups of ten, to make it more personal. Paris Lights Tour Then as a treat the children will take part in the Paris Christmas lights tour This includes: On board commentary Introduction to Paris's layout and famous sights Warm blankets and a hot drink provided All whist being able to admire more than 150,000 lights that illuminate the Champs-Élysées.

River Cruise This both a Seine River Cruise and Paris Canals Tour combined This is a chance to cruise along the Seine River past Paris' riverside monuments Also to experience a behind-the-scenes view of Paris from its ancient canals and locks Fontainebleau Forest After the early river cruise, the children will be able hike through one of France’ best mountain reserves. This will be a great adventure and a memory to last forever.
