3 Mayfield Road Mob  Mafia gang based in Cleveland's Little Italy. Little ItalyLittle Italy  Frank Milano headed the Mayfield Road mob in the 1930’s  This Mafia faction was even mentioned by its old name in the movie "The Godfather" as the Lakeview Road Gang,  Lakeview Cemetery borders Mayfield Road Hill which marks the beginning of Little Italy in Cleveland.  Italians made tombstones for Lakeview cemetery and they were masons used in construction.

4 Collinwood Crew  Based in Cleveland's South Collinwood Neighborhood  The gang consisted Joe "Joey Loose" Iacobacci, the late Butchie Cisternino and others from the streets that stretched from the 152nd street bridge,

5  Cleveland mob activities are widely recognized as they generated more publicity.  The most obvious is the mob wars of the mid seventies. At this time the press labeled Cleveland “Bomb City U.S.A”  36 bombs exploded around Cleveland in 1976 alone.
