Salary Schedule Advancement BA+24 (pass through Note 2 barrier) Credits 1-12 do not have to be pre- approved by the Graduate Credit/Degree Committee (GCDC) Credits13-24 must be pre-approved Graduate credits. Must be enrolled in a pre-approved Master’s degree program.

Salary Schedule Advancement Master’s Degree Program (Note 3) Requires pre-approval from GCDC Must be in Major Subject Area, or Provides additional certification or endorsement.

Salary Schedule Advancement MA+24 (Note 4) Requires pre-approval from GCDC. Must be earned AFTER completion of Master’s Degree Program. Must relate to: “what to teach” “how to teach” “how to more effectively fill the role of a teacher”

Salary Schedule Advancement Second Master’s Degree “what to teach” “how to teach” “how to more effectively fill the role of a teacher” Doctorate Must be pre-approved by GCDC $1,000 Stipend each year
