2. 2 Introduction  Trade and Transfer functionality added to RMSEC auction (renamed RMTTSEC) from July, applying first to capacity for month of August  Low levels of Surrender Offers and Capacity Bids over the summer  Picked up as move into winter months with much higher levels of Surrender Offers and more Capacity bids  RMTTSEC auction for November Capacity saw the first movements of capacity between ASEPs and high utilisation of Surrender Offers  Presentation intended to give a quick update on activity so far
