Licence Requirements Terms up to 5 years May combine vendor and user categories Must employ a certificate in the appropriate category for the licence May hire contractor to do works other than the category(ies) on the licence

Use of IPM by a Licensee Advise and/or implement methods for pest prevention Identify pests/complexes to be managed Monitor to determine pests and their location(s) Determine injury thresholds for each pest to be treated.

Mosquito management (except for small scale uses where only Bti is used) Invasive plant management on public land > 50ha Vegetation management and wood preservation on railways Vegetation management on road, pipeline, or transmission rights-of-way Vegetation management on industrial sites >20ha on public land Wood pole preservation on public utility rights-of-way.
