17 The legal reference in the Ministry of Agriculture regarding pesticides  Article (21) of the temporary agricultural law No. (44) for the year 2002.  Registration, manufacture, import, trading and trading of pesticides No. z /10 for the year 2009 and its amendments z / 4 for the year 2010.  Jordan's commitment to international conventions and the implementation of the texts of the provisions of these agreements prevail over domestic laws, the Rotterdam Convention, Stockholm Convention, Basel Convention and Montreal.  Bilateral agreements which respect the local laws of the countries.
