3 Intelligence is:  The ability to solve real – life problems  The ability to find and create problems  The ability to offer a product or service that is valued in at least one culture Howard Gardner

4 What is Success?

5 To date there have been 8 different Intelligences discovered and proven. Each of us do possess all 8 of these Intelligences, but in different degrees These Intelligences can work with each other or independently. Everyone will have different weaknesses and strengths. Intelligence:

6 Everyone will have different weaknesses and strengths We often prefer to work only with the areas we feel we excel in. However, by doing this we are only increasing the gap between our strengths and weaknesses. We can increase our weaker areas of Intelligence by continual work with them. Therefore, it is extremely important to keep trying, even though we feel we are not the best at it.

7 The only way to get better is by sticking with work we find difficult. This will eventually expand our intelligence and allow the work to become easier, making us feel better about ourselves. When you become frustrated, think about your strong points!!
