Welcome! Quietly have a seat in groups of three at a desk with a laptop!
Once seated, make a Name Tent Fold one sheet of paper into a “tent” (There are multiple ways this can be done, as long as it stands, you’re good!) Use a marker to write the name you prefer to be called on both sides of the tent so everyone can see it.
2
Introductions Introduce yourself to the people at your table
Tell them your name, where you went to school last year, and a hobby you enjoy.
3
Two Truths and a Lie Think of two things that are true about you and one thing that is a lie. (These must be things you feel comfortable sharing!) In your groups, have one person share their truths and lie in random order. Then the rest of the group will try to guess which is the lie! Talk about your truths, then move on to the next person.
4
Two Truths and a Lie Reflection
What’s one thing someone shared that you found interesting? How could you help others feel more comfortable sharing their responses?
