Why choosing a Fagor induction cooktop?
Fagor is the worldwide leader in built-in induction cooktop manufacturing Fagor is a pioneer in the development of induction technology Has over 50 years producing major appliances for the European market The benefits of this technology are appreciated by professionals and homeowners
4
How does induction work?
an induction cooktop holds a series of burners called induction coils (based on magnetic principles) these coils generate magnetic fields that induct a warming reaction in steel and iron-based pots and pans the cookware itself heats the food, not the stove cooktop induction coils saucepan
5
Facts about our European market share of induction
Fagor Brandt (France) selling induction since 1988; Fagor Spain since 1992 market leaders in Spain, France and Netherlands where induction sales are the highest market share in France 60.4%; in Spain 30%

European market induction evolution
7
What are the benefits of cooking with an induction cooktop?
efficient: induction cooking uses 90% of the energy produced. Induction recognizes the base of cookware, directly heating only the diameter of the pot, so very little energy is wasted
8
What are the benefits of cooking with an induction cooktop?
safer: there are no open flames and the surface remains cool to the touch quicker: heating and adjustments are immediate, saving you up to 50% of the cooking time when compared to more traditional methods even heating: hot spots and rings are avoided because the bottom of your cookware heats uniformly easy cleaning: the surface is flat and smooth; spills and overflows do not stick to the cooktop, so they can easily be wiped away

Fagor Induction: Features
7-point safety system overflow safety: stops the cooktop if food is spilled over the touch controls anti overheating: disables temperature at 575ºF, so oil and other elements can’t catch fire small utensil safety: surface will not activate unless the pan placed on the cooktop is at least 5” in diameter cookware detection: the cooktop will switch off automatically if no cookware is placed on it within one minute.
11
Fagor Induction: Features
low voltage detection: a signal on the keyboard informs the user about a problem of low voltage on its electrical network over voltage protection: a safety system sets off automatically the cooktop in case of over voltage to protect the electronic boards improper connection protection: in case of improper electrical connection, the cooktop is automatically protected.
