3.  ICMIS was possible due to the technical support of the EUROPEN COMMISSION with CARDS 2003 project,  Since July 2010 the administration of the system is under the authority of the Ministry of Justice,  Till then two case management system were functional in the Courts, ICMIS and ARK-it,  Now almost all the Courts use ICMIS except Tirana District Court, which is planed for a new building.

4.  ICMIS is a software application that can be used both Internet and Intranet,  Record Civil and Penal Cases and Save changes to them,  Make Random Distribution of Cases among Judges Record Hearing Sessions,  Record Sentences and Decisions,  Track the status of the cases,  Archive cases and make backup of all data recorded till a certain procedural moment

5. - Courts Portal is connected to ICMIS, -Central webpage is now functional (http://www.gjykata.org)http://www.gjykata.org - All Albanian Courts are in the Portal, and are connected to the central web page, - Every court must have its own webpage and be responsible for it,

6. - National database of the judicial case archive, -Provide “on line” support for inspection procedure, -Provides a unified case record and a historical overview of the case, by connecting all the courts, in all the levels -Provides statistic for the courts caseload, pending cases, the number of the decisions given by the court, even depending on the category,

7. - No registration of the Courts hearings, - An USAID project in audio registration, has began implementation, - First Court to use the audio recording system is Lezha District Court, - The project is planned to be supported by a video recording system, - The technology is simple to use and included in the ICMIS case management system.

10. - THE CENTER is under the authority of the HIGH COUNCIL OF JUSTICE, - It include an archive of the judicial decisions of all the Courts, - The decisions are accessible by courts, by type of case, type of decisions or simple by a search word, - The archive is part of the HIGH COUNCIL OF JUSTICE webpage, composed by three main categories - JUDICIAL DECISIONS - PUBLICATIONS, - LEGISLATION,

11. In the future, we plan to include; - Decisions of the EUROPIAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS, against ALBANIA, - Create a link with the CENTER for the OFFICIAL PUBLICATIONS, - Publication of the Researches from the students of the SCHOOL OF MAGISTRATES
