7 Purpose of the HLC Workforce Wellness project Through a collective focus on workforce wellness, the Healthcare Leadership Collaborative will: improve the health of our own workforce, thereby strengthening our own organizations; improve the health of the workforce overall, thereby reducing the unsustainable long-term demand for services; and ultimately build a competitive advantage for all businesses in the region.
