5. Lodging Hotel accommodations on Tuesday, March 18 will be provided for those travelling over one hour to bus stops in Eau Claire, Wausau or Green Bay. Calling legislative offices Introduce yourself Ask for the legislative scheduler Tell them about: ◦ 4-H and UW-Extension ◦ The 4-H centennial ◦ 4-H Day at the Capitol Visiting every legislator in the Capitol the afternoon of Wednesday, March 19 Bringing delegates – Youth, volunteers, etc. We would like to meet with the legislator between 12:45 and 4:15 p.m. – for half hour visits Expect to have more than 300 visitors to thank legislators for their support
